Summer Berries And Gin Punch

Ingredients

  • 1/2 litre Weis Summer Berries Sorbet Tub
  • 90ml gin
  • 1.25L soda water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 200g strawberries, hulled and sliced

Method

Put Weis Summer Berries Sorbet and gin in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour into a large 2 litre capacity jug, slowly add in the soda and gently stir to combine, skimming off any excess foam if necessary. Top with ice, cucumber, orange and strawberries and serve.
