Macadamia, Mango and Ice Cream
At Weis we are pretty nutty about the quality of our ingredients and how they taste when we blend them together. That's why when we created the recipe for our Macadamia Mango and Ice Cream Bar, the first thing we had to do was find the best tasting roasted macadamias available.
The macadamias are cracked and then carefully cut into the right size chunks to complement our famous Weis ice cream and Australian Kensington Pride mangoes. We hope you are nuts about the taste and texture as we are.
Fruit Ice Confection: Mango (40%), Water, Sugar, Milk Solids, Coconut Milk Solids (Milk), Glucose Syrup (From Maize), Vegetable Gums (410, 412), Natural Colour (160a, 162), Natural Vanilla Extract, Food Acid (330).
Ice Cream: Cream (37%), Water, Macadamia Nuts (17%), Sugar, Glucose Syrup (From Maize), Coconut Fat or Cocoa Butter, Milk Solids.
