Dark Chocolate and Coconut Espresso Dacquiris

Using Weis Sorbet Exotics Dark Chocolate and Coconut

Ingredients
  • 6 large scoops Weis Sorbet Exotics Dark Chocolate and Coconut
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Kahlua
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh espresso
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) vodka
  • Finely crushed ice and coffee beans, to serve
Method

Blend sorbet, Kahlua, espresso and vodka in a blender/food processor until smooth.  

Fill 4 martini glasses each half full with ice. Pour sorbet blend over the ice then top with 3 coffee beans to serve.
