Mmmm...It’s the perfect word to describe the flavour of our Raspberry & Toasted Coconut Mini Treats! Raspberries are always a favourite of ours. We love their vibrant, intensely pink colour and their delicious unique flavour. With this recipe we’ve creamed them up a little by adding a luscious layer of Weis cream, and a sprinkle of lightly toasted coconut. It’s the perfect summer indulgence!

Toasted Coconut Ice Cream Ingredients: Water, Cream (26%), Sugar, Milk Solids, Coconut Milk Solids (5%) (Coconut Milk, Maltodextrin (Corn), Milk Protein), Glucose Syrup (From Maize or Tapioca), Toasted Coconut (3%), Vegetable Gums (410, 412).
