Macadamia Nut

This bush nut, native to Australia is widely regarded as one of the world’s best eating nuts.  The macadamia kernel, safely stored within a hard shell, is often described as the sweetest nut Mother Nature can provide - a subtle nutty flavour with a uniquely smooth, but crunchy texture.  With all of this going for it, we decided that the macadamia was our kind of nut. 

We also knew that roasting brings out the sweet nutty flavour of the macadamia, so started our search for the best tasting roasted macadamias in Australia.  Fortunately we found them right on our doorstep in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. After roasting, the macadamia’s are cracked and then carefully cut into the right size chunks to provide the perfect texture and taste compliment within our Macadamia, Mango and Cream.
