Almond

Almonds are one of the most widely used and longest cultivated nuts in the world. With a light, slightly bitter and milky flavour they are a very versatile ingredient being used in both sweet and savory recipes.

In the search for the finest almonds we were happy to find them being grown locally in the Victorian Riverina. The rough cut chunks of almonds complement our coffee ice cream perfectly and with a layer of our classic Weis cream it makes for a real experience.
